The central theme of the book is PARANORMAL ROMANCE, FANTASY. A world where thing are taken and controlled by vampires. There are also different types of people who live in this society and this all happened after a disease spread through the nation. EXAMPLES:
"Red Lung virus that had killed most of the humanity. Those same pathogens spread rapidly across the world, infecting both human and vampire."
"Being Unregistered let you slip through the cracks. There was no leash for the bloodsuckers to yank on.......if you got caught stealing from the bloodsuckers and you didn't have the princes cursed brand gracing your skin, you could expect no mercy whatsoever."
"Registered humans got meal tickets. Unregistered didn't....."
